ForExpo, fuar katılımcılarının birbirini bulmasını, not almasını ve görüşme ayarlamasını sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu metin, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi verilerinizin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini ve haklarınızı anlatır.

Metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında aydınlatma metni; Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında gizlilik bildirimi yerine geçer.

1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim

Uygulamayı geliştiren ve işleten: Avantam (ForExpo).

Fuar organizatörü, kendi fuarına ait katılımcı verileri bakımından ayrıca veri sorumlusudur. ForExpo bu veriler için organizatör adına hizmet sağlar.

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

2.1 Hesap bilgileri

Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi. Hesap oluşturmak ve girişi doğrulamak için zorunlu.
Şifre. Açık hâli asla saklanmaz; yalnız geri döndürülemez bir özet (argon2id) tutulur.
Google veya Apple ile giriş seçtiyseniz: sağlayıcının verdiği kullanıcı kimliği. Şifre tutulmaz.
Profil fotoğrafı (isteğe bağlı).
Uygulama dili.
Doğrulama kodları. E-posta doğrulama ve şifre sıfırlama için üretilen 6 haneli kodlar özetlenerek saklanır ve 10 dakikada geçersiz olur.

2.2 Katıldığınız her fuar için ayrı profil

Hesabınız kalıcıdır, fuar profiliniz her fuar için yeniden doldurulur:

Firma adı ve ünvan (zorunlu).
Telefon numarası — İSTEĞE BAĞLIDIR. Boş bırakabilirsiniz, uygulamanın hiçbir özelliği kapanmaz.
İş tercihleriniz: ne aradığınız, ne sunduğunuz, sektörünüz. Eşleştirme önerileri bunlara bakar.
Katılımcı tipiniz (ziyaretçi, katılımcı firma, konuşmacı, VIP, basın) ve katılım tarihiniz.

2.3 Fuardaki etkinlikleriniz

Notlar: yazılı notlar, çektiğiniz fotoğraflar, aldığınız ses kayıtları ve ses kaydının yazıya dökülmüş hâli.
Kartvizitler: taradığınız kartvizitin fotoğrafı ve çözümlenen alanlar (isim, ünvan, firma, telefon, e-posta).
Bağlantılar: kime bağlantı isteği gönderdiğiniz, kimin isteğini kabul ettiğiniz, QR ile takas edip etmediğiniz.
Mesajlar: karşılıklı bağlantı kurduğunuz kişilerle yazıştığınız metinler ve okunma bilgisi.
Randevular: kiminle, hangi buluşma noktasında, hangi saatte; varsa randevu notu.
Stand ziyaretleri: hangi standı "gidilecek" işaretlediğiniz, hangisini ziyaret ettiğiniz ve bunu ne zaman işaretlediğiniz.
Program: favorilediğiniz oturumlar.
Arama kayıtları: uygulama içinde aradığınız kelimeler, arama türü, sonuç sayısı ve sonuçtan hangisini seçtiğiniz.
Engelleme ve şikâyet kayıtları: kimi engellediğiniz; şikâyet ettiyseniz sebebi ve açıklamanız.
Bildirimler: size gönderilen uygulama içi bildirimlerin başlığı, metni ve okunma durumu.

2.4 Cihaz ve teknik veriler

Cihaz platformu (iOS / Android) ve bildirim anahtarı (push token) — bildirim gönderebilmek için.
Oturum anahtarları. Açık hâlleri saklanmaz, yalnız özetleri tutulur; çıkış yaptığınızda geçersiz olur.
Çökme ve hata kayıtları — aşağıdaki 5. bölüme bakın.
Kullanım istatistikleri — aşağıdaki 6. bölüme bakın.

Toplamadıklarımız. ForExpo konumunuzu takip etmez; uygulamada konum izni istenmez. Reklam kimliğiniz kullanılmaz, reklam ağlarıyla veri paylaşılmaz, veriniz satılmaz. Rehberinizi okumayız — rehber izni yalnız siz bir kartviziti telefonunuza kaydettiğinizde, o kaydı yazmak için istenir.

İzinlerin hepsini reddedebilirsiniz; yalnız ilgili özellik çalışmaz, uygulamanın kalanı çalışmayı sürdürür. İzinleri cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz an geri alabilirsiniz.

4. Verilerinizi kimler görür?

Bu bölüm uygulamanın gerçek davranışını anlatır; en çok merak edilen noktalar burada.

4.1 Telefon numaranız

Telefon numarası vermek isteğe bağlıdır.
Verdiyseniz, numaranızı diğer katılımcılar arasında yalnız bağlantı isteğini karşılıklı kabul ettiğiniz kişiler görür. Bağlantınız olmayan katılımcılar numaranızı göremez.
Fuar organizatörü, yönetim paneli üzerinden katılımcı listesindeki telefon numaralarını görebilir (kapıda iletişim, iptal bildirimi gibi fuar yönetimi işleri için). Organizatör zaten e-posta adresinizi de görür.

4.2 Stand notlarınız

Aldığınız notlar (metin, fotoğraf, ses) varsayılan olarak gizlidir.
Bir notu yalnız siz ve fuarın süper yöneticisi görebilir. Stand sahibi firmalar, organizatör firma yetkilileri ve diğer katılımcılar göremez.
İsterseniz tek tek bir notu, o standın sahibi firmayla paylaşabilirsiniz. Paylaştığınızda firmanın panelinde notun içeriği ile birlikte adınız, firmanız ve ünvanınız görünür. Telefonunuz ve e-postanız paylaşılmaz.
Paylaşımı istediğiniz an geri alabilirsiniz; not firmanın panelinden kalkar. Ancak firma notu geri almadan önce görmüş ve kendi kaydına almış olabilir — geri alma, firmanın daha önce gördüğü bilgiyi geri getirmez.
Paylaşmadığınız notlar firmalara tümüyle kapalıdır.

4.3 Mesajlarınız

Mesajlarınızı yalnız siz ve yazıştığınız kişi görür. Mesaj içerikleri fuar organizatörüne açılmaz; yönetim panelinde mesaj okuma ekranı yoktur. Mesajlar uçtan uca şifreli değildir: teknik olarak sunucumuzda saklanır ve yalnız yasal bir zorunluluk ya da açık bir kötüye kullanım incelemesi hâlinde sistem yöneticisi tarafından erişilebilir.

4.4 Arama kayıtlarınız

Uygulamada aradığınız kelimeler istatistik için tutulur ("en çok hangi firma arandı" gibi). Bu kayıtları yalnız fuarın süper yöneticisi görebilir; fuar organizatörü ve firmalar göremez. Arama metinleri çökme raporlarına veya istatistik servislerine gönderilmez.

4.5 Kartvizitleriniz

Taradığınız kartvizitler yalnız size aittir; başka hiçbir kullanıcı ya da firma göremez. Kartvizit fotoğrafındaki metin telefonunuzun kendi işlemcisinde okunur — görüntü metin tanıma için hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.

4.6 Profilinizin görünen kısmı

Fuara katılan diğer kullanıcılar adınızı, soyadınızı, firmanızı, ünvanınızı, sektörünüzü, iş tercihlerinizi ve varsa profil fotoğrafınızı görebilir. Bu, uygulamanın amacıdır: fuarda birbirinizi bulmak.

4.7 Stand sahibi firmalar

Standını "ziyaret ettim" olarak işaretlediğiniz firmalar, kendi panellerinde sizi ziyaretçi olarak ve ziyaret zamanını görebilir. Firmalar ayrıca yalnızca sizin paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz notları görür (4.2).

5. Çökme ve hata kayıtları

Uygulama çöktüğünde ya da hata verdiğinde, sorunu bulabilmek için teknik kayıt gönderilir. Bu kayıtlarda:

Gönderilen: hata mesajı ve kod yığını, hangi ekranda olduğunuz, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi, ağ durumu, kullanıcı kimlik numaranız (rastgele üretilmiş uuid).
Gönderilmeyen: adınız, e-postanız, IP adresiniz, konumunuz, not veya mesaj içeriği, kartvizit bilgileri, şifreniz, arama metinleriniz. Ekran görüntüsü alınmaz. Kayda karışmış olabilecek e-posta, telefon ve oturum anahtarı kalıpları gönderim öncesi otomatik olarak silinir.

Bu kayıtlar Sentry (Almanya, AB) üzerinde tutulur.

6. Kullanım istatistikleri

Hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını anlamak ve fuar sonunda organizatöre toplu rakam verebilmek için isimsiz kullanım olayları toplanır: örneğin "not alındı", "bağlantı kuruldu", "kroki açıldı" gibi olayların sayısı, açılan ekranların adı, kullanıcı kimlik numarası (uuid), hangi fuarda olduğunuz, katılımcı tipiniz ve uygulama diliniz.

Bu olaylarda serbest metin bulunmaz: not içeriği, mesaj, kartvizit bilgisi, arama metni, isim veya e-posta gönderilmez. İstatistikler Google Firebase Analytics ile toplanır. Cihaz ayarlarınızdan uygulama izlemeyi sınırlayabilirsiniz (iOS: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme).

8. Verileriniz nerede tutuluyor?

Ana veritabanı ve uygulama sunucusu Frankfurt, Almanya (Avrupa Birliği) bölgesinde çalışır. Fotoğraf, ses kaydı ve logo gibi dosyalar S3 uyumlu bir nesne depolamada, yine AB bölgesinde tutulur ve yalnız süreli imzalı bağlantılarla erişilir.

İki hizmet AB dışına veri aktarabilir:

Expo bildirim servisi (ABD) — yalnız bildirim anahtarınız ve gönderilen bildirimin başlığı/metni.
OpenAI Whisper (ABD) — yalnız ve yalnız siz bir sesli notu "yazıya dök" dediğinizde, o ses dosyası çeviri için gönderilir. Talep etmediğiniz sürece hiçbir ses kaydı dışarı çıkmaz.

Bu aktarımlar KVKK m.9 kapsamında açık rızanıza dayanır.

Verileriniz reklam amacıyla hiçbir tarafa aktarılmaz ve satılmaz.

10. Ne kadar süre saklanıyor?

Hesap verileri: hesabınızı silene kadar.
Fuar profili, notlar, kartvizitler, stand ziyaretleri: hesabınızı silene kadar; hesap silmede tamamen silinir.
Doğrulama kodları: 10 dakika.
Oturum anahtarları: süresi dolana veya çıkış yapana kadar.
Mesajlar: karşı tarafın sohbet bütünlüğü için saklanır; siz hesabınızı silseniz de mesajlar "Ayrılmış Kullanıcı" adıyla kalır.
Çökme kayıtları: Sentry'nin saklama süresi boyunca (90 güne kadar).
Arama kayıtları ve istatistikler: fuar istatistiği amacıyla saklanır; hesabınız silindiğinde bu kayıtlar panel raporlarından düşer.

11. Hesabınızı silmek

Uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile hesabınızı istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz. Silme anında:

Notlarınız, kartvizitleriniz, stand ziyaretleriniz, favori oturumlarınız, fuar profilleriniz ve cihaz kayıtlarınız kalıcı olarak silinir.
Adınız, e-postanız, şifreniz ve profil fotoğrafınız anonimleştirilir; hesap "Ayrılmış Kullanıcı" hâline gelir.
Bekleyen randevularınız iptal edilir, bekleyen bağlantı istekleriniz kapatılır ve karşı taraflara bildirilir.
Tüm oturumlarınız anında kapanır. Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple'a da iptal bildirimi gönderilir.
Karşı tarafın sohbet bütünlüğü için mesaj metinleri kalır, ancak gönderen "Ayrılmış Kullanıcı" olarak görünür.

Mesajlarınızın da silinmesini istiyorsanız info@avantamtech.com adresine yazın.

12. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15–22 uyarınca şunları talep edebilirsiniz:

Erişim: hakkınızda hangi verilerin işlendiğini öğrenmek ve bir kopyasını istemek.
Düzeltme: yanlış veya eksik verinin düzeltilmesi. Profil bilgilerinizin çoğunu uygulama içinden kendiniz düzeltebilirsiniz.
Silme: verilerinizin silinmesi ("unutulma hakkı"). Hesap silme uygulama içinden yapılabilir.
Taşınabilirlik: verilerinizi yapılandırılmış, makine tarafından okunabilir bir biçimde almak.
İtiraz: meşru menfaate dayanan işlemeye itiraz etmek (örneğin kullanım istatistikleri).
Rızayı geri çekme: rızaya dayanan işlemeleri durdurmak — telefon numaranızı silebilir, paylaştığınız notun paylaşımını geri alabilir, bildirimleri kapatabilirsiniz.
İşlemenin kısıtlanması ve otomatik kararlara tabi olmama. ForExpo sizin hakkınızda hukuki sonuç doğuran otomatik karar vermez; eşleştirme önerileri yalnız öneridir.

Talepleriniz için info@avantamtech.com adresine yazın; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

Başvurunuzdan sonuç alamazsanız Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (kvkk.gov.tr), Avrupa Birliği'nde bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

13. Güvenlik

Tüm trafik HTTPS ile şifrelenir.
Şifreler argon2id ile özetlenir; açık hâli hiçbir yerde tutulmaz.
Oturum anahtarları dönüşümlüdür; çıkış, şifre sıfırlama veya hesap silmede tüm oturumlar geçersiz olur.
Yüklenen dosyalara erişim, süreli imzalı bağlantılarla sınırlıdır; dosyalar herkese açık bir adreste durmaz.
Not, mesaj ve arama içeriği hata izleme sistemine gönderilmeden önce otomatik temizlikten geçer.

14. Çocuklar

ForExpo bir ticari fuar uygulamasıdır ve 16 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir. 16 yaşından küçük birine ait veri işlediğimizi fark edersek siler ve kaydı kapatırız.

15. Bu metinde değişiklik

Politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki "son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Esaslı değişikliklerde uygulama içinden ayrıca bilgilendirme yaparız.

Privacy Policy

ForExpo is a mobile app that helps trade-fair attendees find each other, take notes and arrange meetings. This notice explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

It serves as the information notice required by Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and as the privacy notice required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller and contact

The app is built and operated by Avantam (ForExpo).

For any privacy request or question: info@avantamtech.com

The fair organiser is a separate controller for the attendee data of its own event. ForExpo acts as its service provider for that data.

2. What data do we process?

2.1 Account details

First name, last name, e-mail address. Required to create an account and sign in.
Password. Never stored in the clear — only an irreversible hash (argon2id).
Sign in with Google or Apple, if you choose it: the user identifier issued by the provider. No password is stored.
Profile photo (optional).
App language.
Verification codes. The 6-digit codes for e-mail verification and password reset are stored hashed and expire after 10 minutes.

2.2 A separate profile for each fair you join

Your account is permanent; your fair profile is filled in again for each fair:

Company and job title (required).
Phone number — OPTIONAL. You may leave it blank; no feature of the app stops working.
Business interests: what you are looking for, what you offer, your sector. Matching suggestions are based on these.
Attendee type (visitor, exhibitor, speaker, VIP, press) and the date you joined.

2.3 Your activity at the fair

Notes: written notes, photos you take, voice recordings and their transcripts.
Business cards: the photo of the card you scan and the parsed fields (name, title, company, phone, e-mail).
Connections: who you sent a request to, whose request you accepted, whether it was exchanged by QR.
Messages: the text you exchange with people you are mutually connected to, and read status.
Appointments: with whom, at which meeting point, at what time; plus any appointment note.
Stand visits: which stands you marked "to visit", which you visited, and when you marked it.
Programme: the sessions you starred.
Search logs: the words you search in the app, the search type, result count and which result you picked.
Blocks and reports: who you blocked; if you filed a report, its reason and your description.
Notifications: the title, text and read status of in-app notifications sent to you.

2.4 Device and technical data

Device platform (iOS / Android) and push token — so we can deliver notifications.
Session tokens. Stored only as hashes; invalidated when you sign out.
Crash and error reports — see section 5.
Usage statistics — see section 6.

What we do not collect. ForExpo does not track your location; the app never asks for location permission. We do not use your advertising identifier, do not share data with ad networks, and do not sell your data. We do not read your address book — contacts permission is requested only at the moment you save a scanned business card to your phone, in order to write that one contact.

3. Permissions the app requests

You may decline any permission; only the related feature stops working and the rest of the app continues to function. You can withdraw permissions at any time in your device settings.

4. Who can see your data?

This section describes the app's actual behaviour — the points people ask about most.

4.1 Your phone number

Providing a phone number is optional.
If you provide one, among other attendees it is visible only to people whose connection request you have mutually accepted. Attendees you are not connected to cannot see it.
The fair organiser can see attendee phone numbers in the management panel (for event-management purposes such as contacting you at the entrance or notifying a cancellation). The organiser already sees your e-mail address.

4.2 Your stand notes

The notes you take (text, photo, audio) are private by default.
Only you and the fair's super administrator can view them. Exhibiting companies, organiser staff and other attendees cannot.
If you choose to, you can share an individual note with the company that owns that stand. When you do, the note's content appears in that company's panel together with your name, company and job title. Your phone number and e-mail are not shared.
You can undo sharing at any time; the note is removed from the company's panel. However, the company may already have seen the note and recorded it separately — undoing does not retract information it has already seen.
Notes you do not share remain entirely closed to companies.

4.3 Your messages

Only you and the person you are chatting with can read your messages. Message content is not exposed to the fair organiser; the management panel has no message-reading screen. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted: they are technically stored on our server and could be accessed by a system administrator only where legally required or in an explicit abuse investigation.

4.4 Your search logs

The words you search in the app are retained for statistics (for example "which company was searched most"). These records are visible only to the fair's super administrator; the organiser and exhibiting companies cannot see them. Search text is never sent to crash reporting or analytics services.

4.5 Your business cards

Scanned cards belong to you alone; no other user or company can see them. The text on a card photo is read on your phone's own processor — the image is never sent to any server for text recognition.

4.6 The visible part of your profile

Other users attending the same fair can see your first and last name, company, job title, sector, business interests and profile photo if you set one. This is the purpose of the app: finding each other at the fair.

4.7 Exhibiting companies

Companies whose stand you marked as "visited" can see you as a visitor, with the time of your visit, in their own panel. Companies also see only the notes you chose to share (4.2).

5. Crash and error reports

When the app crashes or errors, a technical report is sent so we can diagnose the problem.

Sent: the error message and stack trace, which screen you were on, the app version, device model and OS, network state, and your user identifier (a randomly generated uuid).
Not sent: your name, e-mail, IP address, location, note or message content, business-card details, your password, or your search text. No screenshots are captured. Any e-mail, phone-number or session-token patterns that may have leaked into the report are stripped automatically before sending.

These reports are held by Sentry (Germany, EU).

6. Usage statistics

To understand which features are used and to give the organiser aggregate figures after the fair, anonymous usage events are collected: for example counts of "note taken", "connection made", "floor plan opened", screen names, your user identifier (uuid), which fair you are attending, your attendee type and your app language.

These events contain no free text: no note content, messages, business-card details, search text, names or e-mail addresses are sent. Statistics are collected with Google Firebase Analytics. You can limit app tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

8. Where is your data held?

The main database and application server run in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union). Files such as photos, voice recordings and logos are kept in S3-compatible object storage, also in the EU, and are reachable only through time-limited signed links.

Two services may transfer data outside the EU:

Expo push service (USA) — only your push token and the title/body of the notification sent.
OpenAI Whisper (USA) — only and exclusively when you ask for a voice note to be transcribed, that audio file is sent for transcription. No recording leaves our systems unless you request it.

These transfers rely on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 9.

Your data is never transferred for advertising purposes and is never sold.

10. How long do we keep it?

Account data: until you delete your account.
Fair profile, notes, business cards, stand visits: until you delete your account; deleted entirely on account deletion.
Verification codes: 10 minutes.
Session tokens: until they expire or you sign out.
Messages: retained for the integrity of the other person's conversation; they remain under the name "Departed User" even after you delete your account.
Crash reports: for Sentry's retention period (up to 90 days).
Search logs and statistics: retained for fair statistics; once your account is deleted these records drop out of panel reports.

11. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. On deletion:

Your notes, business cards, stand visits, starred sessions, fair profiles and device records are permanently deleted.
Your name, e-mail, password and profile photo are anonymised; the account becomes "Departed User".
Your pending appointments are cancelled and pending connection requests are closed, with the other parties notified.
All your sessions end immediately. If you signed in with Apple, a revocation is also sent to Apple.
For the integrity of the other person's conversation, message text remains, but the sender appears as "Departed User".

12. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 and GDPR arts. 15–22 you may request:

Access: to learn what data we process about you and receive a copy.
Rectification: correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. You can edit most of your profile yourself inside the app.
Erasure: deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). Account deletion is available in the app.
Portability: receiving your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection: objecting to processing based on legitimate interest (for example usage statistics).
Withdrawal of consent: stopping consent-based processing — you can remove your phone number, unshare a shared note, or turn off notifications.
Restriction of processing and not being subject to automated decisions. ForExpo makes no automated decision with legal effect about you; matching suggestions are only suggestions.

Send requests to info@avantamtech.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

If your request is not resolved, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or, in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.

13. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
Passwords are hashed with argon2id; the plain value is never stored anywhere.
Session tokens rotate; signing out, resetting a password or deleting an account invalidates all sessions.
Access to uploaded files is limited to time-limited signed links; files do not sit at a publicly guessable address.
Note, message and search content passes through automatic scrubbing before anything reaches error monitoring.

14. Children

ForExpo is a trade-fair application and is not directed at anyone under 16. If we learn that we process data belonging to someone under 16, we delete it and close the record.

15. Changes to this notice

If we update this policy we will change the "last updated" date on this page. For material changes we will also notify you inside the app.
